The accommodation included an electric kettle, a microwave and central heating. Having kitchen was an advantage. All in all everything was excellent, as a bonus I received wake up service free of charge.

The apartment had everything, even a bath with jet stream! It was clean, the bed was comfy, and the location was perfect. Absolutely loved my stay!
Oh, and who needs hot water? Just taking turns for a 10-minute shower over 4 nights is totally fine, right?

On the whole, it’s fantastic base for having fun and exploring Leicester. Nice to have a work desk, coffee/tea making machines and a flat-screen TV with cable channels available. We recommend this venue to families.
Nothing to fault.

Setting next to the centre of Leicester city centre and the railway station. Btw, located right in the city center. Easy access to Curve Cafe and Bar, just 5 minutes walk. They offered friendly check-in:)))

My stay at Ur Stay Apartments was fantastic. The key handover guy, Jay, was incredibly pleasant and helpful. He even upgraded me to a spacious 2 bedroom apartment with a sunny balcony and city views, which was a great surprise. The facilities in the apartment were excellent, including a well-equipped kitchen. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend Ur Stay Apartments to others.
Nothing negative to say.

I had a great time staying at Ur Stay Apartments. The location was perfect, right in the city center and close to the railway station. Despite being in a busy area, the apartment was surprisingly quiet when the windows were shut. The kitchen was well-equipped, and I loved the full bath with the jet stream. The upgrade to a two-bedroom apartment was a pleasant surprise as well. The amenities provided, like the lift, free wifi, and security system, added to the convenience and comfort of my stay. The comfortable sofa was a nice touch too.

The value for money at Ur Stay Apartments was excellent, and the room was well-maintained and in good condition. The location was great, with easy access to a Tesco express and plenty of food outlets nearby. The staff, especially Jay, were friendly, polite, and always available to help.
The only thing that could make breakfast better at Ur Stay Apartments was more variety in the food options.

My recent stay at Ur Stay Apartments was fantastic. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the train station, museum, and city center with plenty of shops, pubs, and places to eat. The staff was friendly and always available to assist via text or WhatsApp. The apartment itself was clean and well-equipped with a fridge and smart TV. The bed was comfortable, and despite being on a main road, the noise was well-contained when the windows were shut. I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this place.
One minor drawback was that the apartment was on a main road, so there was some traffic noise throughout the day and night. Additionally, some of the artwork on the walls was slightly wonky, but it was easy enough to straighten them myself.
